General Guidance, Procedures, Recommendations for Family Gatherings, Worship and Building Use

Effective Date: March 23, 2021

Guiding Principles/Philosophy for Plan:

Glorifying God and staying centered on Jesus is an absolute

Let the Spirit guide New Hope – adjustments to plan will occur as we follow His Plan
Serving God and serving others must remain our goal
Creativity and adaptability in building faith and worshiping God is critical
Accept that God has something special that will come out of this and we will look for those new ways to serve and glorify Him while rejecting fear and defeat

We need to support our community and stay connected

Building use for worship, classes, fellowship and outside groups will have new guidelines (detailed in this document)
To the best of our ability, we will follow the guidance of our city, state and federal government
Using online meeting services to conduct classes and meet together
Regular communication is essential and should continue. We must seek to OVER communicate to support the New Hope Family.

We will be worshiping together in many ways

Members at New Hope will respond differently based on their health and family situations to attending a worship service or other meeting at the church building so we must provide multiple ways to attend and participate
Developing small groups to worship and study together should be encouraged to meet the needs of those who cannot or are nervous about attending larger group worship
People without access or the ability to view online services should reach out to the New Hope Staff or Elders to assist with getting connected

Guidance Team/Ministry Staff are enabled to make decisions in a timely manner

A smaller team consisting of Bob Peterson, Keith Davis, David Knight, Eric Newberg, Mark Ruff, Clete Ross, Calvin Weeks, Ken Johnson, John Humphreys and Jacob Conger will meet as needed to discuss needed changes to the plan, schedule, or Ministry Staff should feel empowered to work within these guidelines without having to seek approval unless they prefer to review

General Recommendations for members and visitors at the building for official gatherings:

Per the City of Edmond Ordinance No. 3813 there are no restrictions on face coverings or restrictions for building use. New Hope will continue to follow the guidance from local and state ordinances as they change in the future. Face coverings and social distancing will not be required but are recommended for use in the building and communication on the building will state this. We feel this is in line with mutual care and respect for one another.
Members and visitors who are not feeling well or running a fever will be asked to join us online.
All classes can now return to the building with the removal of restrictions. Providing online options will exist for some classes.
Spacing in the auditorium will be the responsibility of the members. We ask that everyone respect distancing and leave open seating to create spacing.

Worship Services

Current worship services will include live services at the building and a live stream on YouTube or other service for those who cannot be at the building. The gym will be set-up to livestream the service in order to provide more space.
Proper preventative practices: hand-washing, avoiding touching eyes, nose, mouth, avoid close contact with others, practicing social distancing (6ft of separation), covering coughs and sneezes, cover nose and mouth with a face mask, staying at home if you are ill and staying at home if you are caring for the ill will be recommended to members and visitors through normal communication methods and postings on appropriate locations within the building
Wednesday night services at the will restart at the direction of New Hope Staff
Communion – Sealed individual communion cups are provided at the entry points in the auditorium. Individuals who are gloved will pass them out. Please refrain from serving yourself. This will be reviewed continually to determine the right time to return to our normal communion methods or a new method.

Adult Classes (Sunday and Wednesday)

Offer Zoom Classes for members not returning to the building yet
Adult classes can return to the building as soon as possible
Consider adding a time break between class and worship to allow for travel to the building from home

Children Classes (Sunday)

Classes at building will return April 4
Teachers will need to be located and trained on proper procedures/cleaning
Cleaning procedures need to be documented. Supplies must be readily available.

Youth Classes/Activities

Youth are currently using Youth Room for Hang-Out on Wednesday night. Sunday classes can restart as determined by New Hope Staff.
Parents should be made aware of any gatherings and agree to their child attending

Communication/Social Media

Continue supporting current Website, Newsletter, and Facebook activities. We need to improve on this by engaging interested and capable members, thus spreading out the work and providing backup.
Continue with current videos and communication
More defined plan around social media is needed – develop a team to define

Use of Building by Outside Groups

Priority is getting operations running in support of New Hope services and classes
Our expectations is that we will not open the building to outside groups for now. A decision will be made in the summer to determine when we will open for outside groups
Proper cleaning policies to be developed prior to allowing outside use

Food Preparation in Building

All people handling food or serving people should wear gloves
Proper cleaning and sanitizing of the area used is required
A food service committee will be created to develop food service guidelines

COVID 19 Response Plan

If the New Hope Staff or Elders become aware of a possible COVID 19 infection the response plan will be initiated
Based on the situation, the New Hope Staff and Eldership will decide what type of response is needed
Should a positive infection be confirmed by someone who was in the building then the following steps will be taken:

2. The Reopen Team will determine if closing services is required.

3. Each Elder will call every member of their flock and provide the same information as was provided in the email

4. Social media (Weekly Newsletter, Facebook and New Hope Website) will be updated to share this communication

5. The building will be cleaned and sanitized

6. Communication will be reissued once services are allowed be back on site

7. If onsite services are canceled, the worship services will be prerecorded

Church Family,

One of our church family who attended services on Sunday (February 27, 2021) has tested POSITIVE for COVID-19. Because of this, there will be no in person church service and class this Sunday, March 7, 2021. Worship service this Sunday will be viewable online at 10:30am and classes will be conducted through Zoom Meetings. Please refer to the New Hope News or website ( nhchurch.net ) for more information. We look forward to enjoying in person worship and fellowship on March 14. We'll let you know if this changes for any reason.

Since this Sunday was designated as MISSION SUNDAY, any contributions given this week will be directed toward our missionaries. **After this week, you can direct contributions to missions by designating "MISSIONS" in the memo line.**

New Hope News - No Services or Classes at the Building on Sunday, November 29

New Hope Family,

There will be no in-person church service and class this Sunday, November 29th. One of our members who was at the building on Sunday, November 22nd tested positive for COVID-19 on Tuesday.

This person was:

asymptomatic on Sunday while in the building
wearing a face covering while in the building
had limited contact with other members
first symptoms, sinus issues, developed Sunday night

It was determined that the right course of action was to follow our policy and cancel on-site activities for Sunday.

Worship service this Sunday will be viewable online at 10:30am and classes will be conducted through Zoom Meetings. Please refer to the Saturday newsletter or website for more information. We will plan to return to in-person worship on December 6. You will be informed if this changes for any reason.

New Hope Family,

We will be returning to normal activities at the building starting Sunday, Nov 1. Worship services and classes will return to the posted schedule. We will, of course, continue our livestreaming of worship and Zoom Bible classes.

Those in our family who were or are dealing with COVID 19 are recovering and in our prayers. A couple of things to note coming out of this event:

The person who later developed symptoms after being at services on Sunday, Oct 18 was properly wearing a mask and never removed it while in the building. This is good support for following the proper guidelines as we seek to love and respect one another. Wearing a face covering while in the building is our recommendation.
It is critical that you contact a New Hope Elder or Staff Member if you feel that you might have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for the virus or if you are feeling ill. This will give us the best chance to react fast and minimize exposure.

In moments like this, it is always important to reflect on what happened and adjust our practices and behaviors. We also recognize that infection rates are rising in Oklahoma City and Edmond. This raises the need to be more cautious.

In full disclosure, we want to make you all aware of our ON-SITE church activity cancelation plans due to possible Sunday morning (10.18.2020) COVID exposure.

Please read over the following information:

-TONIGHT: Wednesday night commUNITY NIGHT event in Chitwood Park this evening (Oct 21) has been CANCELLED due to possible COVID 19 exposure.

-SUNDAY: This coming Sunday morning church services and onsite class are CANCELLED.

-SUNDAY: Fall Festival on October 25th are also CANCELLED.

Out of an abundance of caution & care for one another and in line with our policy this was determined to be the prudent response. ● A smaller team consisting of Bob Peterson, Keith Davis, David Knight, Eric Newberg, Mark Ruff, Clete Ross, Calvin Weeks, Ken Johnson and Jacob Conger with meet weekly or semi-weekly to discuss needed changes to the plan, schedule, or guidelines to allow fast response to immediate needs and allow the Elders to focus on the spiritual needs of the church.

● Ministry Staff should feel empowered to work within these guidelines without having to seek approval unless they prefer to review

General Recommendations for members and visitors at the building for official gatherings:

1. Per the City of Edmond’s Face Covering Ordinance, all people entering and remaining inside the building are required to wear a face covering. Please refer the City of Edmond website for specific details regarding the ordinance. This will be effective from August 26 to October 12. Face covering requirements will continue to follow the guidance from local and state ordinances.

2. Members and visitors who are not feeling well or running a fever will be asked/expected to stay home

3. Members in a vulnerable or “at risk” group or members who have compromised immune systems will operate on a different schedule than other members and their return to the building for events will be delayed

4. Members will be encouraged to follow proper social distancing when at the building per current government guidelines

5. Body temperature readings will be the responsibility of individual attendees prior to attending worship service and group photos can be taken as a visual to refer to for contact tracking support. No individual photos or logging will be required.

6. Parents will be responsible for their children as there will be no classes or children’s church initially. Target date for children’s classes and children’s church is January. If conditions improve an earlier start to classes will be considered.

7. The church building will be set-up to facilitate proper spacing – auditorium will have every other row blocked off (Red tape indicates a non-seating row and Green tape indicates acceptable seating rows). and those in attendance will be asked to keep 2 seats between family groups. All who WANT to come should be allowed to, and they should be accommodated.

8. The gym will be set-up for overflow on Sunday morning if it is felt the auditorium is too full or if attendees have a preference to use it. Additionally, classrooms 1 & 2 could be used to provide even more distancing

9. No food or coffee at services and no meals served initially but can start when appropriate and follow proper serving protocol

10. Areas not in use should be blocked off – children’s area, kitchen, cry room, etc

Worship Services

● Current worship services will include live services at the building and a live stream on YouTube for those who cannot be at the building

● Ushers are in place to provide direction and guidance to people attending the service starting (Purpose is to assist and not police the people coming to the building)

● Proper preventative practices: hand-washing, avoiding touching eyes, nose, mouth, avoid close contact with others, practicing social distancing (6ft of separation), covering coughs and sneezes, cover nose and mouth with a face mask, staying at home if you are ill and staying at home if you are caring for the ill will be communicated to members and visitors through normal communication methods and postings on appropriate locations within the building in preparation for having people present

● Encourage small groups to view live stream from a home to limit the number of people in the building

● Munchkin Minute/Children’s Church will be introduced at the appropriate time – Target January

● No Wednesday night services at the building are planned at this time. No restart date yet determined.

● Communion – Sealed individual communion cups are provided at the entry points in the auditorium. Individuals who are gloved will pass them out. Please refrain from serving yourself.

Adult Classes (Sunday and Wednesday)

● Continue Zoom Classes indefinitely

● The plan for adult classes is currently being developed but no date for on-site classes has been determined yet

● A combined adult class meeting in the gym on Sunday mornings at 9am is under consideration

● Encourage small groups to meet and have a class or stream a class and then stay together for the streaming worship service

● Consider adding a time break between class and worship to allow for travel to the building from home

Children Classes (Sunday)

● No classes at building until the Spring Semester (Target - January). If conditions improve an opportunity to start sooner will be considered.

● Teachers will need to be located and trained on proper procedures/cleaning

● Cleaning procedures need to be documented. Supplies must be readily available.

Youth Classes/Activities

● Youth are currently using Youth Room for Hang-Out on Wednesday night. No Sunday classes are planned at this time.

● Off-site gatherings of youth should occur following proper gathering guidelines

● Parents should be made aware of any gatherings and agree to their child attending

Communication/Social Media

● Continue supporting current Website, Newsletter, and Facebook activities. We need to improve on this by engaging interested and capable members, thus spreading out the work and providing backup.

● Continue with current videos and communication

● More defined plan around social media is needed – develop a team to define

Use of Building by Outside Groups

● Priority is getting operations running in support of New Hope services and classes

● Our expectations is that we will not open the building to outside groups until 2021

● Proper cleaning policies to be developed prior to allowing outside use

Food Preparation in Building

● All people handling food or serving people should wear face covering and gloves

● Proper cleaning and sanitizing of the area used is required

COVID 19 Response Plan

● If the New Hope Staff or Elders become aware of a possible COVID 19 infection the response plan will be initiated

● Based on the situation, the New Hope Staff and Eldership will decide what type of response is needed

● Should a positive infection be confirmed by someone who was in the building then the following steps will be taken:

1. An email to all members and visitors (who filled out an information card) will be written to notify about the exposure and provide further details about upcoming services. Due to privacy issues names and specific details will not be included. The general strategy would be to shutdown Sunday worship services for 2 weeks but this can be adjusted as required.

2. Each Elder will call every member of their flock and provide the same information as was provided in the email

3. Social media (Weekly Newsletter, Facebook and New Hope Website) will be updated to share this communication

4. The building will be properly cleaned and sanitized:

▪ Full wipe down of all touch surfaces (door handles, light switches, tables and plastic chars.

▪ Disinfect carpets and fabric chairs

▪ Replace all HVAC Filters

▪ Using disinfecting fogger to treat the building twice 7 days apart and again prior to resuming services.

5. Communication will be reissued once services are allowed be back on site

6. Worship services will be prerecorded video format similar to what was done at the beginning of the outbreak

This year we will provide Ida Freeman Elementary School students with FREE backpacks and FREE school supplies. OUR GOAL is to raise $7,000 to serve an estimated 200 students. The money will not only be used to serve this students, but will also be used for the annual back to school breakfast for the teachers and for blessing the teachers throughout the year. This is a great opportunity for New Hope to love our neighbor, Ida Freeman Elementary School. Thank you so much for your help in this effort!

New Hope Sunday Reopen Information

Dear New Hope Family,

As we prepare for our first Sunday back, June 21, we want to communicate what to expect when you arrive at the building. We do expect that if you are uncomfortable with returning or are in an “at-risk” category that you will continue to worship using the live stream that will be available .

HERE ARE SOME KEY POINTS FOR YOU TO KNOW:

Adult and youth ZOOM classes will start at 9:00am (and end by 10:00am) instead of 9:30am to allow time for driving to the building for the worship service.
MASKS are strongly recommended as is SOCIAL DISTANCING . Please respect the space of others.
BOTH ENTRANCES into the building will be OPEN for you to enter. Ushers will be available to guide you to the seating areas in the auditorium or overflow area. We will be trying to accommodate as many people as possible so please use the seating offered to you by the ushers.
As you enter and leave the building please do not CONGREGATE in the lobbies but use the gym or outside for fellowship.
There will be NO COFFEE OR DONUTS available.
WATER FOUNTAINS will be disconnected.
When you come into the auditorium please DO NOT SIT in the rows marked RED.
NO CLASSES FOR ANY AGES OR NURSERY services will be provided. Please come prepared with activities for your children.
MODIFIED worship activities will be provided to the KIDS (coloring sheet and 1 small pack of crayons to KEEP.)
The OVERFLOW area will be in the gym, possibly a more flexible location for families with small children.
COMMUNION will be provided using the individual communion wafer and juice set and drop-off points will be near the exits for contribution.
OFFERING will be taken up via online or in baskets placed at either lobby.
There will be NO INVITATION offered at the end of worship. If you have needs, we ask that you reach out to an elder or minister who would love to talk with you.
Because of the equipment (cameras, monitors, microphones) needed to produce a live stream we would ask that you NOT CONGREGATE near the STAGE or FRONT of the auditorium OR allow your children to play in this area.
Be gracious and kind to each other as we all have different opinions about how to handle the current situation.

ALSO, several procedures have been set in motion over the last several weeks to give the building complete sanitization and will continue to keep the building clean. Procedures included, but have not been limited to , carpet cleaning, total surface disinfection, hand soap replaced with antibacterial soap, hand sanitizer replaced with alcohol-based sanitizer, removal of excess furniture in gym & classrooms to allow for social distancing, & AC service and cleaning.

We are excited about being physically together again!

Jesus' life was geared towards serving others, with a call for us as followers to do the same. And it ended up on the cross with the ultimate form of suffering.

Letter from the Elders - New Hope Building Reopening

Dear New Hope Family,

It is hard to believe that we have not met for worship in our building since March 15!

So much has happened and we are amazed at your resiliency and flexibility as we transitioned to online services and Zoom classes. The Elders and Ministers have developed a plan to ease us back into meeting together within the guidelines of our local, state and federal governments. We know that there are many thoughts and opinions about how this should be done. Some will think that it is too slow and others will think it is too fast. We ask that you continue to be gracious and patient as we carefully approach the reopening of our building and return to having our worship services there.

Here are some KEY POINTS and DATES for you to know:

June 21 – Worship services will return to the building with a LIVE stream available for those who are not comfortable with returning to the building
Members in a vulnerable or “at risk” group or members who have compromised immune systems should continue to worship with the streaming service
There will be NO CHILDREN'S CLASSES OR NURSERY SERVICES provided until September so parents are asked to keep their children with them at all times
Youth and adult classes will continue to be held through online resources or other means
Everyone coming to the building should follow proper safety protocols and social distancing requirements
Using small groups meeting in homes for worship and fellowship is encouraged. Grab a couple of friends to come watch our online service and take communion together!

We know there are many of our brothers and sisters who will not be able to come yet so make a special effort to be living water to them. We will continue to send out weekly updates as the June 21 approaches.

New Hope will look to the Spirit to guide us through this transition and we will stay centered on Jesus as we adapt. We look forward to seeing how God will use us to further the Gospel through this!

Hello New Hope Family!!

After prayerfully considering input from our ministers, New Hope health professionals, and the safety team, we have determined New Hope Church will continue the online Sunday morning worship time and online Bible classes. We will not meet at the church building for Bible classes or for worship the entire month of May or until conditions change. The current situation does not allow us to lay out a specific timeline for when we will be able to safely and responsibly be back in the church building. Though the future may be unclear to us, we serve a mighty God who is in full control of this. Our peace and security comes from the One who is truly all powerful - Jesus!

We miss being with all of you and look forward to gathering again as soon as we can safely do so. Please continue to encourage one another and share your Living Water experiences and prayer requests online or from a safe distance. Be praying for the Spirit to provide you with opportunities to share the Good News of Jesus with your neighbors. Consider ways that you can serve or assist New Hope families in need as well as those in your neighborhood. We will continue to monitor the local and state news of the pandemic and plan accordingly for the eventual reopening of our church building.

We know that God is in control and the church will thrive and overcome despite the circumstances. Jesus is our source of strength and peace. One time when his disciples needed guidance, Jesus said, “ I have told you all this so that you may have peace in me. Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows. But take heart, because I have overcome the world. ” John 16:33

By the power of Jesus, we will overcome!

As we continue to navigate this unusual season of life for all of us the staff of Cross & Crown has been discussing ways we as a ministry can continue to serve the community while continuing to balance helpfulness & service with wisdom & responsibility.

Our desire is to continue to share the love, hope and mercy of Jesus Christ through service and prayer. In order for us to do these things during the current environment in which we live we must change the way we do things for a season.

Here are ways we will continue to serve that may look different than in the past & ways you can help both us and those in the community who are most in need during these difficult times.

1. SHOP - We will be delivering groceries to neighbors & others that are in need of food since we are not able to allow groups to gather at our facility for food distribution. - When you go to the grocery store to buy your groceries, buy a few extra. You can buy items and assemble your own family bag for us to distribute. Or if you find a good deal on bulk items that you think would be helpful, buy them and once we have them we can divide it all up to make sure multiple families receive some. - Attached to this post is a picture of what a typical food bag looks like that we would deliver to a family of 3 or less. If the family size is over 3 we would consider giving multiple bags. - Drop the bags/items off at one of three locations. To determine the closest drop off location to you, send us a direct message. You are welcome to drop off bags/items between the hours of 8am-8pm. In order to limit contact, please just shoot us a message on Facebook or knock on the door once you have dropped the donations off.

2. GIVE - $15 covers the cost of one family, grocery bag. If you want to help but can’t shop, sponsor a family or two and we will do the shopping. You can send donations to us on PayPal at crosssandcrownmission@gmail.com Even if you don’t have a PayPal account you can use this means of donating with just a credit card. DONATE HERE

3. PRAY - In addition to assisting with food and other physical items we continue to be concerned about the mental and spiritual well-being of each person we come in contact with.

We made it! We did it!! Our first Sunday streaming worship service! Hello Church Family!

Your staff and elders hope that you are doing well under these circumstances. Much prayer has been raised on your behalf. We have been meeting regarding how we will operate during the duration of the coronavirus (Covid-19). All activities and services that normally take place at the church building have been canceled until further notice. Despite the fact that we are living with uncertainty, we can have confidence because of our faith in Jesus.

Communion : This symbolic event, we know, is a critical part of the life of our church. We will have communion packs available for delivery, if you desire, or use anything you have around the house. Please contact Eric Newberg for delivery questions.

WEDNESDAY NIGHT ACTIVITIES

New Hope Grocery Delivery

We would like to offer a service to those members of New Hope that have been advised to limit their exposure due to the Coronavirus, but who still have basic essential needs for groceries and supplies. We are going to pool our resources to do your shopping for you and deliver these to your door for you, to help keep you safe. This will also be a way for our youth group and other healthy members the chance to participate in the blessing of seeing God be a Deliverer to you. We will attempt to start this service starting this weekend. See details below if you would like to volunteer or have a need.

If you are a person in need of this service:

Make a list of the basics that you need right now and send via e-mail to im@jeaux.com before 7pm Monday-Friday (first attempt at this will be this Friday by 7pm). In the e-mail, provide your name, home address, what times you will be home the following day and how they can best get the delivery to you (porch, public area in your residence complex, etc.). We will arrange for someone to go grocery shopping for you and deliver these to you. We will be providing gift cards in $50 increments to the shoppers to cover the cost. If you want to and have the means, you can contribute to the gift cards, but don’t feel like you have to.

If you would like to volunteer to be a deliverer:

Please send an e-mail to clete.ross@nhchurch.net and let him know your availability during the week or on weekends to do the shopping and what grocery stores are closest to you. We will be providing $50 gift cards to shoppers for several of the local grocery stores (Walmart, Crest, Aldi, etc.) and will try to find a way to reimburse the gas as well.

Please send an e-mail to im@jeaux.com and let him know the amount you would be willing to donate and pay via check to New Hope with memo of “Grocery delivery”.

Communion Bread Recipe

Communion Bread

½ cup flour

3 Tbs. shortening

Dash of salt

2 Tbs. water

Mix flour, shortening and salt together with a fork. Add water and mix. Roll out onto a floured board to a thickness of 1/8”. Cut to desired size and shape. Bake on a cookie sheet at 350 ͦ for about 10 minutes.

New Hope Family!

Peace, Hope, and Love to all during these unprecedented times. Though uncertainty and fear seem to be lurking around every corner, do not forget that our Father “did not give us a spirit of timidity, but a Spirit of power, love, and self-control” (2 Tim 1:7) who dwells directly within us.

While all protocols and social norms are seemingly being shifted by the hour, our staff and leadership at New Hope are dedicated to using what is at our disposal to continue sharing the Gospel of Christ and serving to keep you engaged and plugged into “the vine” (John 15). In the interim, we strongly encourage each of you to be using the resources you have to harvest and improve your personal connection to God using the power of the Holy Spirit.

Stay tuned for more updates on our plan moving forward, as we work to formulate our overall course of action, and how to best offer what we can to serve you, as we seek to adjust to the “new TEMPORARY norm”. But fear not, as Ecclesiastes 3 tells us, “There is a season, and a time, for everything under the Sun.”

This assuredly isn't the season we want, but it's the one we've got. Praise God that it isn't always this way! But our Faith tells us, with no uncertainty, that our Father will use the difficulties we are currently facing to mold and refine us, as His “image-bearers” (Gen 1:27) and restore us into more effective tools for His Kingdom.

Stay positive, engage your mind and your Spirit, and most importantly do not lose hope! After all, the word is in the very name of our church family

The Safety Team and Elders meet last night to discuss plans for this Sunday. It is our feeling that we should continue with our Sunday service with some modifications. This decision was not taken lightly and much thought and prayer went into it. This is our plan as of Saturday morning, this plan might change as more information is learned throughout the day so please check email for any update that might be sent out.

First and foremost, we cannot stress the following requests enough.

If you are sick, have a fever or being treated for a respiratory illness that you stay home and follow your Health Care Providers' instructions.
If you are at high risk of getting sick due to age (over 60) or other serious chronic medical conditions, you should follow the CDC recommendations and stay home during this health event.
If you are uncomfortable attending service right now we understand do not feel obligated to attend
Wash your hands with warm water and soap for 20 seconds. Sing Jesus Loves Me that should take 20 seconds, it’s a great reminder and your hands will be clean
Limit your greetings to “air fives” and/or touching elbows

What can I expect this Sunday?

Our Greeters will be available to hold the doors for you
Volunteers will be available to check in your kids’ for class
Coffee and Donuts will still be available but will be served from the kitchen by volunteers. We are in need of people to help with this and if you can serve please see Kelly Graham when you arrive.
Our Sunday communion will be served in individual convenience packs for the next few weeks. We will be handing packs as you enter the auditorium. Communion will be moved to the end of service after we are dismissed you will find trash cans located at the communion tables. There will also be baskets for you to leave your contribution. Please do not mix these two things.
The Auditorium Class has been canceled for this week.

Finally, I ask that we be patient with one another. I am sure that our procedures will change again as more information is gathered.
